Despite earlier concerns, house prices across Romsey and the New Forest remain robust and the outlook is increasingly encouraging.
According to Rightmove’s June 2025 Index, asking prices reached a new record of 0.6% increase month-on-month. While this is the smallest spring uplift since 2016, demand is still outpacing last year, with sales agreed up 5% year-on-year, even amid a surge in listings, supply is now at a decade-high.
