Henshaw Fox is seeking experienced Valuers or Sales Negotiators/Managers, who are looking to take the next step in their career by managing their own geographical area under the Henshaw Fox brand.
Become a Partner at Henshaw Fox and take pride in running your own client base in the area that you live or currently work in. Listing homes and looking after your own sellers, carrying out all the viewings, providing the marketing updates, and negotiating the offers, whilst the team at Henshaw Fox looks after your administration and sales chasing.
This is a full-time employed role with a basic salary and generous commissions that scale up as you do more business.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

Attending the morning meetings

Supporting other Partners within the organisation

Carrying out market appraisals, conducting viewings, and providing support to your own client base

Provide comprehensive marketing updates and advice for your clients

Deal with the negotiations on behalf of your client

Meet regularly with the After Sales Manager to keep up to date with your pipeline progress

Customer Service Specialist – Saturday
Due to further growth Henshaw Fox Estate Agency are looking for a Saturday Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team.
Do you have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage and organise busy diaries?
Do you have experience within estate agency, or similar customer facing roles?
We’re looking for a confident and reliable individual to be our central point for customers at Henshaw Fox every Saturday, both face-to-face and over the phone.
