Property Administrator – Full Time


Henshaw Fox Estate Agent is seeking a full-time Property Administrator to join our fast-paced Romsey office and support our continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Support the listing team with preparing marketing materials and property particulars
  • Assist the sales progression team with preparing the memorandum of sales
  • Welcome and greet clients and customers visiting the office
  • Register customer details and schedule appointments
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • One in three Saturdays, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Part-time options may be considered

Customer Service Specialist – Saturday


Due to further growth Henshaw Fox Estate Agency are looking for a Saturday Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team.

Do you have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage and organise busy diaries?

Do you have experience within estate agency, or similar customer facing roles?

We’re looking for a confident and reliable individual to be our central point for customers at Henshaw Fox every Saturday, both face-to-face and over the phone.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Assist any clients with inquiries (face-to-face and over the phone)
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage weekend property appointment bookings
