1 Your free home appraisal

Henshaw Fox offer free home appraisals, this will help you determine the best recommended marketing price for your home. We’ll also talk through the current housing market in your area, the services we provide to you and how we will help you find the best possible buyer. Should you wish we can also offer advice on how to best to best stage your home and what jobs may be worth doing to help present the home at its best before marketing.

2 Putting your home to the market

Great, you’ve decided to use our services, now the work begins. After handling the paperwork we’ll arrange for a professional photographer to visit your home, our photographers are also qualified to draw the floorplan and carry out if required, an Energy Performance Certificate. In the meantime we’ll be discussing your home with the buyers we have registered and often viewings will begin before the home is launched onto the market. Once you have approved the photos and marketing brochure, your home will be added to Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and On The Market, the four biggest property portals in the country.
3 Viewings and negotiating an offer

The team at Henshaw Fox are the local experts in your area, so you can be assured the person showing your home is well informed and highly knowledgeable about your home, as well as best placed to give the person viewing confidence so they can make a quick decision about whether to make an offer. After the viewing takes place, we’ll provide the relevant feedback and negotiate the offers to a successful conclusion.
4 After sales care and chain management

We work closely with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers and other agents involved, to provide you with weekly updates on how matters are progressing, as well offering advice and guidance up until completion.
